Below is our pet policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents and their pets: General Guidelines Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment/home is allowed. Pet Screening: All pets must complete and pass a pet screening process prior to approval. This ensures that all pets are healthy and suitable for our community. Fees and Rent Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent. Breed and Weight Restrictions No Breed Restrictions: All breeds are welcome in our community. Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets. Additional Requirements Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. All pets must be properly vaccinated and documentation must be provided during the screening process. Pet behavior must be appropriate for community living. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property may result in additional fees or removal of the pet from the premises. We are excited to welcome you and your pets to our community! Living here has been ROUGH! The staff lies and always say they will contact you back and never does. They overcharge account and say you owe a balance. They insist on saying they will respond to maintenance requests… they never do.

Impossible to get in contact with management, repairs take forever and there’s always issues with mysterious account charges, residents are disorderly and oberly aggressive, without consequence from leasing office. Pest control is a triple joke
