What's best about the community is the receptiveness and helpfullness of the staff. The front office and mainenance staff are always helpful if I have an issue (which is seldom) and a testament to the team atmosphere of the office.

Feels like home

I really enjoy the location, amenities and the people at The Line. These things create a great community that feels like home. My big complaint is not having private parking or at least having it included in our rent. An extra parking fee for a public lot is not ideal.

Perfect Downtown Living

Living at The Line is amazing! You can walk everywhere, to restaurants, bars, the grocery store, the Rose Garden, etc. The building is always clean and has great amenities. The staff are great and super helpful. Best decision I ever made.
