Maint is not great and cuts corners (my lock still doesn't work). Staff doesn’t work posted hours and does not return calls or emails.

The management has changed so much that you never know who you'll see when you walk into the office, things break left and right and are poorly maintained, staff are not friendly and have bad attitudes. The only redeemable thing is the price which is manageable.

The staff keeps changing, things keep breaking and it takes forever to get anything fixed. Not the cleanest or most convenient. The only redeeming quality is the rent is doable, for now. It's a given that apartments raise rent each year so i will likely be moving when they try to do that since things have only gotten worse around the property.
