Been living here for a while and it's beginning to take a long time/ months to use the space for gatherings and some buildings are being better groomed than others. Trash around the elevators and some parking lots are well lighted at night, while others are dim. Maintenance being longer

We have enjoyed our stay at The Exchange at Brier Creek for the past seven years. The Exchange staff has been most gracious, cooperative and obliging. The location is the best, providing the conveniences of shopping, pharmacies, banks, theaters, restaurants and grocery stores. We would like to remain residing in the Brier Creek area, if possible.
