Nice place to live

I like everything about 9200 Exchange except, their smoking policy. While I can appreciate and would never smoke in my apartment, the need to step out the streetside is proving dangerous. I have witnessed someone being robbed out back while smoking and also an attempted drive booting while being on Wiley smoking. It would be good if a smoking shed somewhere on the property where smokers can smoke safely, Being on the street side is starting to become dangerous.
