Recent move in. People & facilities are very nice. Only complaintt is that the noise from tenants moving around above us is not great.

HVAC vibration has turned my apartment into a nightmare. Management company tried to silence me with an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Continue reading to understand why. I moved to Solis Hills in August 2024, drawn in by the design and location. Two months later, a deep, low-frequency noise started filling my apartment. It's like a bass speaker humming nonstop. The sound is constant, especially at night, and comes with intense vibrations that can’t be fully blocked, even with earplugs or noise-canceling headphones. I first reported the issue in December 2024. It’s now been over six months, and it’s still unresolved. I’ve documented everything, worked with maintenance, and followed up repeatedly with the property manager who was slow to respond and often failed to follow through on promised updates. While maintenance team genuinely tried to help, the issue is beyond their scope. It appears tied to poorly isolated rooftop HVAC unit. Although none are directly above me, the vibrations still travel through the building, and into my living space. Management did offer to transfer me to another unit, but the units that were available had the same problem. I held off on posting anything publicly, hoping it would get resolved, or I'd be able to break lease without penalty. Instead, I was offered an NDA that would have banned me from speaking about the issue, not just publicly, but even with friends, family, or doctor, and required me to destroy all documentation. In my view, that’s a clear sign they plan to re-rent the unit without fixing the issue. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this. I’m writing here not out of frustration, but to warn others: if you value your health, sleep, and your right to speak up, think twice before signing a lease here. It won't be easy to get out.

We are here since March. It is a very nice location. Nice, friendly and helpful people. Unfortunately it becomes very noisy at the pool on weekends when a group of young punks brings in a large boombox and the pool becomes a disco. Managment was told about it several times. When will they do something? We and other tenants are ready to take further steps.

The pool is becoming less enjoyable as the population at Solis Hills increases.
