Residences Glenwood Place

Residences at Glenwood is on par with other new construction. Good location with all the amenities. The one amenity that seriously lacking is peace and quiet. If you're going to live here get an apartment that 1) faces away from Glenwood and 2) is on the top floor. The drone from traffic on Glenwood and 440 bouncing off all the buildings on the property is ever present. Also the muscle car/ motorcycle club on the 1st floor of the parking deck loves to rev their engines at 11 at night so you know how cool they are. The worst part though is the false advertising on their website about the added noise insulation between floors. I've lived in multiple apt complexes my whole adult life and this is by far the loudest. My neighbors stomp when walking from 730 AM to 11 PM. It's like living in a bass drum. So if you value moderate amount of peace and quiet, work from home, have small children, pets sensitive to noise etc, or just don't want to go insane make sure you get a top floor unit. I can't emphasize enough how ever present noise is. And it isn't the run of the mill apartment noise, it's all up in your ear all the time. Better places to spend $2200 a month.

Noisiest Place I've ever lived. Constant construction 7 days a week. Absolutely no insulation between walls. Hear every stomp my neighbor takes, impact sounds reverberate throughout whole apartment, bedroom is the worst. Huge walk in closet and bathroom but smallest bedroom I've ever had in an apartment. Noise pollution from Glenwood Ave is constant. Hallway smells like weed all the time, even though its a "non-smoking community. Luxury apartments in name only.

We lived here for 1 year, and absolutely loved it. The staff was fantastic, the property was clean, and the amenities were fabulous. The townhomes we were in are well designed and spacious. The kitchen was open with plenty of counter space, great countertops and great appliances.

This place is great! Staff, parking and the location are 3 reasons why I would recommend living at this complex.

Came to vist and loved it, everyone was so kind and welcoming the staff and residents. ??????
