I have lived here since the building first opened, and unfortunately the experience has steadily declined. One of the biggest issues is the constant turnover in the leasing office. In the time I’ve lived here, we’ve gone through at least four different management/leasing teams. Just when residents get used to one team, they’re gone and a new team comes in. This has created a lack of consistency, communication, and accountability. The current management team has been particularly frustrating to deal with. Problems often go unresolved, and residents are left waiting for solutions to issues that should be addressed quickly. For example, the key fob access to the mailroom has been unreliable, creating unnecessary inconvenience for residents trying to access their mail. Security is also a major concern. There have been instances of unauthorized individuals spending extended periods inside the building and on residential floors, which makes residents feel uncomfortable and raises questions about building safety. For the amount residents pay in rent, basic security, building access, and responsive management should not be ongoing issues. It’s disappointing because this property had a lot of potential when it first opened, but the quality of management and resident experience has not kept pace. I hope ownership takes resident concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements.

When I initially moved into property things were clean and tidy, however, lately the residents are leaving dog poop, trash in lots and food in hallway.

Nice location and the esthetics of it all. Could be better if wasn’t for poor upkeep of the property. I’ve been here since property was just built, and since then I’ve never seen any housekeeping of the property, mopping of the elevator floor, ground floor, vacuuming of carpet hallways, nothing to keep the property looking and smelling fresh. There’s valet trash so people utilize it which causes the hallway to smell, garbage leaking on carpet, it rains so water is being tracked in causing the carpet to get wet so it leaves a smell of mildew, people have pets so that gets in the carpet. Considering all of those things you would think there would be day to day or even week to week housekeeping of the property keeping it looking and smelling fresh and welcoming. Plates of half eaten food left in elevators, and in front of doors. Garbage overfill for days at a time causing massive garbage build up outside of dumpster on ground. Too much money being paid for there to be so many restraints, for there not to be at least a trade off of sufficient property upkeep. A uncomfortable feel of having to walk on eggshells operating your unit due to some sensitive neighbors.
