Platform West End Apartments are Exceptional! I am an older woman, in excellent health. I used to own a beautiful home nearby which was great for the last 7 years. For many reasons I decided to sell my house and downsize my life. Living at Platform I interact with so many interesting and friendly neighbors. I am not as lonely as I was in my house. My apartment is so easy to take care of and I just close the door if I am going to travel for a month. I have a little dog who also makes new friends in the building. I feel very safe here. I park my car in a secure garage attached to the building and park on the same level as my apartment. It is so easy to bring groceries in to my apartment. I have a convenient storage area for all the extra stuff I had in my house. Amenities include a fantastic gym where I workout with my own Trainer who also lives at Platform. The Platform Team sets up many functions where residents can mingle, do crafts, watch movies, meet at the Bicycle Bar, and so many other fun gatherings. Amazon, UPS, Fed Ex deliver packages and I get a notice that they are in the package-mail room. A pool, outdoor grills, a dog park, all for a reasonable rent. I feel very fortunate to have found this new home. :))

I have lived here since December 2024. I love it. The neighbors and staff are great. Anything that needs attention is quickly taken care of. It is quiet in spite of living near the train. It is so convenient to downtown and Dix Park. All of the amenities are fabulous.

Platform is all you need in one place! The gym is stocked and well maintained as are all amenities (except the elevators which are often glitchy but that's a tech issue not a staff issue.
