All you need in one place

Platform is all you need in one place! The gym is stocked and well maintained as are all amenities (except the elevators which are often glitchy but that's a tech issue not a staff issue.

Platform is the best dog friendly apartment in downtown Rale

I love downtown Raleigh but also like to prioritize my dog’s health. The moment I toured the Platform I KNEW it was the ONE. The staff and residents are so nice and there is so lany nice places to walk around to. My dog, Charlie, also LOVES going to the dog run and hang with his friends.

Great location and building!

I've lived here for about two months now and love it! The amenities are really great and are well taken care of. I absolutely love the dog run - it is so convenient. The pool area and common spaces are beautiful, and I mainly love the location of the building in Boylan Heights. It is close to downtown but still has a neighborhood feel. Definitely would recommend living here.
