Exceeding my Expectations

I moved to Park Central to be near my family who also lives here. Quietest apartment I have ever had, incredibly nice neighbors and a growing community of diverse friends with lots of different interests. The social events are well attended and congenial. The staff has been amazing, very responsive and attentive to any and all needs.

Sometimes Amazing, Sometimes just Good

I have lived in Park Central since 2019, and in that time have come to both love and sometimes resent some of the amenities and location. For starters, if you don't have kids (or pets), then this location can't be beat. So much to do, to see, and to take advantage of. The maintenance team is great, the front office is usually pretty understanding, and there's always something to do sponsored by the building or one of the many businesses close by. Alternatively, if you have a family, the weekly concerts outside can be a bit of a nuisance. The constant street closures, parking deck interruptions, elevator rentals and constant events can disrupt some more lowkey family-oriented fun (the pool which is either packed or hosting an event is almost impossible to enjoy with a child). Delivery orders can't get up to the apartments without some real effort and amazon packages go missing from parcel pending quite often. I am so happy that I moved here when I did (coming from Cary) when this building was brand new, it was like living in a five-star luxury hotel. Now that it's been a few years, some of the less enjoyable bits have started to surface, but I would still recommend it if you have the money and the freedom to enjoy it. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

Great Location

I've lived here for 2 years and love the location and the community. I work from home so I can go a week at a time not driving somewhere just because this community is so walkable and everything I need is accessible. The amenities are really nice as well like the outdoor areas when it's nice outside with the fire pits and grills.
