Fees and Rent Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent. Breed and Weight Restrictions No Breed Restrictions: All breeds are welcome in our community. Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets.
