appliances are outdated, there is no concierge package, you pay monthly for pest control regardless of if you use them or not. you have to submit a request for pest control to come and you must be there! you pay trash fee, but you are transporting your own trash. hard to reach property manager or owner (llc company located in NY). rent has gone up almost $200 in the past 2 years but no upgrades to the appliances/cabinets or anything! just make sure you check other options before settling with this complex. if I knew then what I know now, I would've waited to find somewhere else.
Annoying
The walls are thin i guess because i can hear everything in the other apartments and anytime someone is outside its almost like theyre inside my apartment having a conversation. Lawn care isnt very good. They come every monday but nothing ia actually done. All my maintenance calls are fixed with glue or paint. Theyre always doing some kind of construction going on the property. They raise rent but the property isnt worth what they think it is
