Overall great experience, few complaints
I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I overall have loved living here. The staff is kind and helpful and the people in the community are also friendly and welcoming. I mostly feel safe and comfortable living here and love the location. The main complaint I have at this moment is the recent fire alarm malfunction. Not only did it go off 3 times on two very early mornings but we did not receive any communication from staff about what had happened or why. I find it ridiculous that we receive an absurd amount of emails about parking but received no emails whatsoever about the fire alarm. This has to do with resident safety and I am extremely disappointed that the leasing office finds it more important to harass us about something as trivial as where we can and cannot park instead of something as important as this alarm situation. Other than that, I have been happy living here.
Decent Apartments
Decent place to live. Great staff and maintenence team who do work promptly. The noise from outside and neighbors in the hall outside my door can be annoying at times but the only big drawback for me is the parking. It doesn't feel like the complex enforces its parking pass policy as every time I get back later than 7pm all the spots are full and Im forced to park in a handicap spot (which I can be towed for) and walking to my apartment I regularly pass 5-7 cars in resident parking without parking passes.
Location is ideal for nature lovers.
Location is great for those who enjoy having a state park 5 minutes doen the road. Theres also a nature preserve attached to the property managed by NCSU. Great access to PNC arena as its withing walking distance, as well as the state fair grounds.
