I basically just moved in and let me just start off and say nice location and quiet neighborhood but have had many problems from the start. I got cheated out of the apartment i wanted stuck in another one where some neighbors are rude, have assigned spots but mainly on this subject spots are small people hit your car , and for my assigned spot im parked further from my apartment then any of my neighbors. Maintenance does a half job, while the staff lie or tell half truths and the walls are really thin.

Lofts at North Hills has good apartments with great amenities and service. When we have issues maintenance is quick to make repairs. People are friendly and helpful. The location on Six Forks Road is ideal for access to all that we need. The apartments are townhouse type, upstairs living area and downstairs bedrooms. There are not brand new but are well cared for.
