800 St Marys Review

800 St Marys apartment is a great environment as the building is well maintained and clean. The residences are very friendly and the overall volume is low which is nice. I have never heard loud music and / or loud voice. The location is great as we own a dog and have a nice walking park across the street and get to enjoy a lot of downtown attractions / restaurants by foot but still live in a quiet and safe part of town. The only knock is the amenities given the price we pay and the luxury status it is suppose to deliver on. The gym is equivalent if not less than a hotel gym (generic hotel like hyatt or something). No pool or hot tub is also a bit boring, but mainly my complaint is the gym.
