The actual apartment is nice and spacious. The amenities are good, but the elevators almost never work. Maintenance team does do their job well! Package room is a good idea, but you almost never get notified that you have a package. The office sends out emails randomly stating rules about the apartment that cannot be found in their lease or welcome packet and gives out fines. Pet owners don't pick up after their pets. The atmosphere is okay, I always feel judged here. No neighbors ever hangout or try to spark a conversation. I do not feel like the rent should be this much. I've paid less for better apartments. Truly would never live here again.

We loved Pittsboro NC. If my husbands work brings us back to this area we would rent from The Guild again! Several great restaurants within walking distance, and walking trails as well. Will defiantly miss it here! Beautiful area!
