Why Renters Love It Here
Good place to live
I really enjoyed the neighborhood and closeness to grocery
My experience living here
I love it. It had itd ups and down but for it being my first apartment i appreciate it for whag it is
Conflicted
I was really happy and impressed when I first moved in. Now, I’m not so happy. There’s one elevator per building and the elevator in 135 breaks down frequently! There are many older people that live up on the 4 th floor and it’s not safe for them to have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. There used to be a wonderful lady that worked in the office and she would walk to each building to look over the halls. She would make maintenance requests and kept everything clean and working. Since she left, things have not been so clean and woorking properly. The pool is already breaking down after a year. I do love my apartment and the floor plan, I do wish that the porch was bigger though. As you can see, I’m conflicted, I’m disappointed with the upkeep, things shouldn’t be breaking down so frequently in a new building and they should be walking through snd checking themselves to see if anything needs to be fixed. The temp in the hallway, on my floor was set at 89 for over 2 weeks. I had to put a work order through to get it fixed. The downstairs light in the stairwell on the bottom floor doesn’t turn on, it’s very dangerous at night. As I said,, I’m conflicted…
Excellent place to live
Excellent place to live. Highly recomend.
Knoll at Briar is such an amazing place to live!
I love amenities and how helpful staff is at all times. The gym is exceptional and there is always a spot for you. The pool is well taken care of during seasonal time and pretty much all year long. My wife loves how safety and secure it feels living here, having a digital lock provides a safe environment for all residents living here. This is a pet friendly community so fur families feel a sense of belonging. Apartments are new and there is lots of sun light. We also love that there are solar panels for common areas which makes us feel Knoll cares about the environment. Residents are from all ages, young, young adults and elderly which provides a good mix of ages to talk to in common areas.
