The Fountains at Mooresville
Lived at The Fountains since May 2023. Great location , near I77 , shops and restaurants. Can walk to a number of restaurants, salons, shops and grocery stores. There is a YMCA and library close by as well. Staff is great!
Pretty Nice Place
Nice looking place. Some neighbors are pleasant, but most are very very rude. Constantly smelling smoke (pot and cigarettes) in a non-smoking building. Nobody knows basic elevator courtesy. The area is wonderful. Amenities are lovely.
Ideal Area
Living next to a grocery store has to be the best amenity ever. Not having to drive for last minute groceries is really nice. Few other local shops definitely add to the value. Moving from out of state the staff was super nice and helpful. Guiding me every step of the way with paperwork and such. Compared to where I used to live for similar rent, absolutely love the unit. Ran into a few maintenance issues, but they were fixed right away no issues. Parking is not assigned which is a plus in my opinion. Lot sometimes fills up quickly but the near surrounding area always has a spot, even for bigger vehicles & trailers. To keep it short very pleased with my stay.
Very good place
I have been living here for 7 months, the truth is that it is very central and safe to live in, I have not had problems or anything that bothers me, without a doubt it is one of the best options to live in Mooresville
Beautiful apartment
I just moved into The Fountians apartment complex and it is so convenient. Beautiful amenities with lots of customer service being provided via the front desk. I love the amount of space in the apartment as well as the quickness of the maintenance team if anything appears wrong.
