It's nice to live here

I have been living in MAA Fifty-One, for 2 months. It is a very quiet community, but I would like the pool to be bigger and the facilities renovated. The picnic area to be larger and renovated. As for the neighbors, I would like them to be more organized and aware of the way they dispose of their garbage.

Good Place for Great Value

I've lived here for about 7 months. The location is nice, the neighborhood feels safe and is kept fairly clean. The staff here is polite and understanding. Maintenance is a little slow at the present moment of writing this, but overall it's a beautiful area to live in with trees all around.

Very Please

I've been living at this complex since 2021. It's a quiet environment. Neighbors are very pleasant. All the children in the complex get along very well. Maintenace is on top of everything. The inside of the apartment needs to be more modern. Over the last several weeks you see minor changes that's happening with the smart rent being installed and looks like they are painting the buildings all 1 solid color.
