The community in general is really great; the staff is nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I do not appreciate the construction zone noise that started literally 4 weeks after we moved in, we wish we knew this before making our choice. The apartment itself is nice, just have a weird unidentified odor in the bathroom/hallway! Payments and maintenance requests are easy. Package delivery often times is not efficient because the drivers do not enter the delivery into the system nor the correct zone. Overall happy with the community and staff.

The Briley, is an amazing place to live. This is my first time being in an apartment and it has exceeded my expectations! The staff here are amazing, everyone is easy to communicate with and a joy to see when out and about in the community! This location is also so convenient, with grocery stores nearby, downtown so close and the scenery of having some of the country aspects but with the city just a quick drive away!
