My experience living at that residence is quite good.

We have enjoyed living here so far! The neighborhood is great! We do wish there was a pool! The only complaint i would say is Parking. I understand we all have driveways, however when we have guests, Where would they park? The development sent out an email saying no street parking is allowed. I do understand the importance of having the street clear, and would totally understand this for an overnight event. However, during holidays or gatherings that does not give us much space.
