Beware

I was holding off on reviewing Hawthorne at Leland due to fear of retribution. However after the interaction the office manager Allison had with my wife today 9/11/24 between 5 and 5:15 PM, I've decided to consult an attorney to protect my bases and let the record be straight. My wife called about a confirmed delivered package at minimum 6 times in 45 minute intervals. Nothing. Finally after the 7th time Allison picks up. After asking about it again, Allison says "It's strange because it was delivered to our office building with Whats in it? Because i find it odd it was delivered to our office and not you." Ummm are you kidding me? Why is that your business? Not to mention it has a logo from Target on the box and shipping label. Either way my wife says it's bathroom supplies and Allison finally "gives her permission" to get her purchases. My wife arrives and sees another man waiting and Allison on the Lan line and cell phone. She ends the conversation on the phone and before my wife says anything, points her finger at my wife and says "you need to wait your turn, he was here first" SERIOUSLY!?!! Why would those words ever come out of her mouth??? Allison is supposed to be our support, not authoritarian! Not to mention because this man is on his speakerphone, she can hear he is also there to receive his package. After my wife goes to grab her own package which was clearly labeled, simply to end this charade of authority, Allison says smugly "I'll get it". Honestly my blood is boiling for obvious reasons. The fact that you have people like that working for the supposed "people" is an atrocity. But here's the living conditions as of 9/11/24. There's so mich more to say! Due to character limit I'll stop here, but I encourage you review other sites to see the rest!
