Not worth the insanely high rent prices.

I am writing this review to share my experience so other residents understand what occurred. During a maintenance visit to my home, a maintenance technician cut himself and bled on my floor. The leasing office later confirmed that the technician had cut himself. However, I was never notified that there had been blood on the floor before the technician left my home. Unaware of the situation, I walked barefoot through the area before I knew there had been blood on the floor. As a result, I sought immediate medical evaluation because I was concerned about a potential bloodborne pathogen exposure and needed to discuss whether HIV post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) was appropriate. What should have been a routine maintenance visit became a time-sensitive medical situation. The leasing office staff have been courteous throughout this process, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, despite being told multiple times that a property manager, regional manager, or upper management would contact me, nearly 24 hours passed after the incident without any manager contacting me. During a time-sensitive medical situation, I found the lack of communication from management deeply concerning. My concern is not that someone was injured. Accidents happen. My concern is that blood was left in my home without my knowledge, I was not warned before I unknowingly walked through the affected area, and I was left trying to coordinate my own medical care while waiting for management to respond. In my opinion, residents should be notified immediately when blood or other potentially infectious material is left in their home. A situation like this should be addressed before maintenance staff leave the property, and residents should not have to discover a potential biohazard on their own. I hope Quinn Management reviews its safety procedures, incident response protocols, and communication practices so that no other resident has to experience a similar situation.

What can I say about this place after living here? I always looked for a place where I felt safe, clean, and that had all the comforts of home. My wife is retired, and I have my company in Puerto Rico. When I go to work, I feel at ease knowing she's in such a great place. That's why I can travel frequently and rest assured that she won't lack anything. Thank you for everything, and I wish you all a wonderful 2026 filled with excellent opportunities.

Un buen urbanismo que puede lograr la excelencia si hubiese mejor administración. El Arrendatario paga por un servicio que no se esta recibiendo al 100%. Deberían pensar en colocar una oficina para poder gestionar las situaciones del día a día (respecto al urbanismo) de los residentes.
