Review
The staff here is very courteous and friendly. Management worked with us on a short term lease while building a home (highly recommend working with them). Work out facility and pool are great. Apartments worked for our purpose. Units need updating on all appliances to reflect price point. Also more usable counter space in kitchen area. Apartments need more sound/ heat insulation. Power bill consistently slightly higher than our two floor townhome. Considerable noise from main road at night. Love the balconies with plenty of room to sit and large windows which allow plenty of sunlight in when you want it. Wooden blinds in all rooms is a plus! Location is very convenient to grocery, lots of restaurants, and retail. Walkable to downtown Holly Springs area and Womble Park also a plus. Quick access to 540 and US1. 20 minutes to parts of Raleigh. Overall a great community and choice.

Main Street Square is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable $350 pet fee for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. There is a $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
