There is a lot to like here. Even though advertised as luxury apartments, they are far from that, yet as a new property they have room to grow. There are some questionable practices such as a surprise charge of 2 months water bills adding $150 to my rent last month. So my 1626.00 rent as leased was last month: 1888.00. Yes! Therefore, I would ask for full disclosure of what you will be paying for. This was never mentioned at my move-in-date 5 months ago, and suddenly I am way over my budget through no fault of my own. I learned that have a "slave meter" where the water bill is shared by all apartment in each building. I would ask what the formula is they use (SUDS) in calculating the water bill. Holly Springs Water Dept. does not bill this property. It is billed by property management and unless told otherwise, we have no control over this amount as we have no way to know what we have used. The lack of transparency is a real problem.

The location is great very quiet neighborhood, everything was fine until last months started the annoying leaking water through the celling during the day and it is worse during night hours and I cannot sleep!. The guy from mantenence said weeks ago that there is nothing ! Can anyone professional fix it ! The leak sound it is getting worse

Overall super positive experience living here, we really enjoy it. Happy with everything overall. Wish apartments had a bit more storage and lighting. Other than that everything has been great. Great people and happy with location and noise levels. Amenities are super nice as well. Plan on renewing!
