Not sure how to rate noise, but is very quiet

We love living here because of its location; very close to stores and shops. Also set apart from the main busy road. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and caring. I love how they foster a community feel by having neighborhood events, such as Christmas and Super Bowl parties, as well as a summer pool party providing all the food and drinks. We moved here almost five years ago planning to stay for just one year. They are making it hard to leave!

Relaxed Living

I lived here for 8 months before moving for work, and I wish I could've stayed! The buildings are a little bit on the older side, but they are recently renovated and well maintained so you'd be hard pressed to notice. Complex is clean and quiet, and I always had a spot to park really close to my unit. If you are looking for LVP floors like I was, Waterford Place is one of the most affordable places in Hickory to find it. Management is great, too; Michelle was always super helpful!
