Home Sweet Home

We have lived here for a few years, and love it. There are bumps in apartment life, but the wonder staff at One North (Krystal, Michael, Zac and others) have been quick to respond. City Walk life in Hickory is awesome, the safe walking trail is not crowded, and there are various restaurants within Walking distance. Oddly Parking is not as big an issue as you would think, and the office staff are helpful in guiding you as to where you can and can not park. Love it here!

I'm enjoying it here. Just gotta get use to the trash schedule. Not sure to the valet service. I've already missed it several times.

Review

I love living here. The location is great and perfect. The residents are typically very friendly. Just wished the facility was kept up better than it is. We have drywall falling off the balconies, parking garage is constantly leaking/falling apart, drywall is in need of repair/painted throughout the complex, the staircases are not clean, the elevator could be cleaned, the baseboards in the hallways are full of dust. If I could suggest one thing that would be to make it capable of entering the building using your phone.

Poor Staff

Since moving in 3 years ago, we have seen a decreasing quality of staff support and attention to issues and concerns. The new building site in town gets all the attention.
