his is the last time I will rent from a corporately owned organization. Here, it's rather like living in a college dorm with the main office being the dorm parents. It doesn't feel like my home. It isn't respected as being my home. Maintenance is accessible and responds quickly. Problems occur when the maintenance workers do not speak English and do not come with any means of translation. When I can't communicate with them, I can't let them know what repairs are needed or assure that my possessions in my home are protected. That is when it most feels like this isn't respected as being my home. The main office's use of power and control is absolute and authoritarian.

You can hear everything in the apartments beside you. You can enjoy your music in your own place. So many rules to go by including parking

Being polite goes a long way. I believe there are some people that could be a little nicer about how phone calls are handled, other then that I loved loving at apartments on 20th the maintenence stuff are amazing super polite and respectful. Very pleased with the town house. Maintenance has been called twice, and took care of my situation very quickly.
