I like living here. Is quite and is a good spot

Parking spaces are not striped, which makes parking difficult. People park in the grass often, and also park behind each other, blocking fire access. Staff is friendly. Apartments are in a nice location, close to downtown. Pool is always clean, and grills are always available to use. Rent is a little high for what it is.

I've lived here for almost 4 years. My rent keeps going up but the place still looks the same. The only thing that's been redone is the pool. The entire place needs new paint and new balconies.
