Greensboro Student Housing

Communication with landlords is professional. The actual care and upkeep of the house is below living standards including comparing to price. We only lived here for the backyard for our dogs. The gate is now falling down.

Updating on the house hasnt been done in many years. The siding of the house has been off for months.

Good for the price

It is a decent house in a convenient area. There are sometimes gunshots but that is why the rent is $600. The maintenance is very slow but it's made up for with amenities.
