I enjoy living in the area. I also like the fact that I pay one bill every month. The bedrooms are also a great size. However for the amount of rent I could live somewhere with more amenities.

Apartments are nice enough. However tennants are noisey, rude, nasty, and inconsiderate. Maintenance also takes a little longer than expected.
