Midtown review

I would say it’s subpar, parking is limited but it’s not a large property so I understand. The A/C and heating isn’t great, air doesn’t get cold some days and people have kids living here. And they wait too long to turn on the air on in summer. Getting in contact with the office is non existent, I’ve been trying to contact them for 3 weeks through numbers they contacted me with and no one has picked up. Maintenance does seem to respond fairly well. There needs to be a rule about picking up after pets, can’t even play with my kids out front without stepping in poop. So I feel the biggest issues are contact with leasing office and HVAC problems.

I enjoy living in the area. I also like the fact that I pay one bill every month. The bedrooms are also a great size. However for the amount of rent I could live somewhere with more amenities.
