The dog bags and cans are not enough and not spread out among the community. The car wash pressure washer was not working. People do not pick up their dog's waste throughout the community and the dog park. Coffee was out of stock in the common area. The grills were not sparking/igniting when I went to grill some steaks. I've only been here 3 weeks and already several problems with ammenities.

After living in a home the last 30+ years, transistioning to apt type living was a new change as a senior. 6 months I have been here in the 2 bedroom carriage townhouse- I am very very happy here! It is so roomy, it feels like I an in a small house, I love I have a garage, the caring & professional office staff, clubhouse. The size of the community was intimidating at first, yet very impressed on the quietness-it shows mutually respectful neighbors and that means alot!
