After living in a home the last 30+ years, transistioning to apt type living was a new change as a senior. 6 months I have been here in the 2 bedroom carriage townhouse- I am very very happy here! It is so roomy, it feels like I an in a small house, I love I have a garage, the caring & professional office staff, clubhouse. The size of the community was intimidating at first, yet very impressed on the quietness-it shows mutually respectful neighbors and that means alot!

I renewed my lease for another year. I love it here. I feel safe and I have found new friends. The social activities are great. I have no complaints other then sometimes it is a little difficult to find a parking space.
