Great spot and value for South End

The staff is really nice and helpful. The parking garage is really nice and spacious. The location is about as convenient as it gets in terms of food, work, and gym options.

Good location, no amenities

The location is great. The maintenance staff comes in a timely manner and get the work done. Due to construction, there are no amenities available to residents which causes us to get gym memberships elsewhere.

Great first apartment

Lived here for 2 years right out of college. It is a great location if you work in Uptown and would walk to work and fine to get around southend. Has a lot of parking for residents but not much for guests. The pools and gym were nice but always very crowded. The apartments themselves are spacious and nicely kept with excellent maintenance service if needed. The staff is kind and helpful as well. The only negatives are that the hallways are not in the best shape and if you are in the S Church building it is extremely loud on the weekends due to the close bars and drag racers. For the price and location it is a great place to live when you first move to charlotte so I would recommend if you don't mind noise!
