What makes this property special?

Policies

Pets allowed. Pets are welcome at all of the Ticon Properties locations.  There is a weight limit of 50 pounds per pet and a maximum of two pets for a one bedroom apartment.  A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit are required.  The pet deposit is refundable 30 days after move out if Pet Agreement terms are satisfied.  The pet deposit will be applied towards any remaining balance on the account after move-out.      A picture of the pet and documentation from a veterinarian stating the pet’s breed, weight at full maturity, and vaccinations are up-to-date are required before move-in.   Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Chow, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, and Pit Bull.   Non-refundable Pet Fee:  $200                  Refundable Pet Deposit: 1 Bedroom - $200.

Lived here for 3 years during graduate school. Great bang for buck. I wish Avalon West had a gym in the nearby area. Glenbrook is too far. The rooms are very sound proof. I never hear anything from my neighbors. And plenty of available parking. Maintenance has always responded in a timely fashion.
