I have enjoyed living at MAA. It is a good area to live and the staff has been great.
Amazing
Truly enjoy living at MAA Cornelius. Been staying with the MAA communities for over 3 years now since moving down here from Michigan and have had an amazing experience all around! The staff is super friendly, the maintenance team is top notch and it is a quiet community.
Amazing Community
I love living in MAA Cornelius. The location is very convenient, close to I77, shopping, and food. They are even addng a Total Wine & Ulta near by. I feel very safe in this area, abs havent had any safty issues. I also love the pool area, and how its not to packed, and its normally a regualr amount of people. Most people I have met have lived here for several years which says a lot.
Great peaceful place to live
I have lived here for two months, and the staff is lovely. The application and approval processes was easy, quick, and painless. The landscaping and neighborhood are beautiful and awe-inspiring. I love that there is a healthy mix of individuals living at the complex, and no one has been inappropriately loud, rude, etc. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious. I thought the square footage was going to be tight but the layouts make even a 1-bedroom feel large. I live in a two-bedroom and don't know what to do with this much space! What the complex lacks in amenities, the neighborhood has in spades with great eateries, gyms, etc. all within walking distance which is a huge plus.
