Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas also are not allowed due to liability reasons. We know your pet is an important member of your family and we can’t wait to welcome them home at The Everly. If you like living in a place where the hallways always smell like weed, your room and closet smell like weed from neighbors, and you can’t keep your windows open cause the neighbors keep smoking, then this is the place to be. Another reviewer mentioned their car being broken in, they did add security that is sometimes patrolling but our car was also broken into last night. I will say the staff is very very kind and helpful! Its really the actions of other tenants that bring this place down. Could be such a nice complex with a great location if others were more curdious and actually followed the rules in the lease.

Weve been living here since September and have had a couple issues: my car was broken into and I was told that the complex would provide a security to patrol every night. When i checked up on this two months later I was told that it won't be happening. Then I get mold in my windows from constant build up of condensation at the window sills and the maintenance man tells us theres no fix that it's just from the humidity of the kitchen? So we just have to deal with moldy windows.
