Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Stafford Terriers, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Great Danes, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamutes, Bloodhounds, Doberman, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes restricted breeds, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, and any dog with a history of biting are strictly prohibited. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.

Pretty Good
Love my apartment and the location is good. Only downside is the parking for my building, being a woman after about 5pm if im not already home imma have to park far from my apt.
Not too far, not too close just perfect
I've been living in my 2 bedroom unit for almost 2 years now. The community is great, neighbors are quiet—you'll never be foreced awake by a heated 2am altercation between tenants—It's quiet. the amenities are reasonable and the whole place is properly maintained. While management doesn't advertise the property as "luxury," it is much more exemplary in that regard than many other apartments units you'll find elsewhere, trust me; I've toured inside the units of almost every major complex in Charlotte, and "The Atlantic Mountain Island" hits the sweetspot. The appliances are great; the apartments are spacious, hardwood floor is a great plus; Although you may wish it was present throughout the unit and not just in the living room. The biggest gripe I have about this place is with parking…the street which leads into the complex is littered with cars on both sides which can sometimes make it difficult to estimate space when leaving or entering the complex. Although, this problem is probably out of scope for the property management and something the city should address instead…nevertheless its there. It's an average 18-25 minutes from anywhere you'd want or need to be in Charlotte. (Uptown, Central, Plaza, Noda, Southend, SouthPark, etc…)
