Unfortunately I rented an unit overlooking the pool thinking that the view will be enjoyable, however anything that happens at the pool does not stay at the pool. The noise can be unbearable, people bring non-residents to enjoy the community pool. So if you are thinking of enjoying the pool on a nice weekend, you better wake up at 8 am to reserve your spot like in a cruise ship. People play loud speakers, sometimes more than one at a time, and as the hours go by, the scandal gets worse and worse. Some nights, I have had to call the cops as the noise and the pool party continues well past 10 PM at night. If you are looking for a place to enjoy on the weekends... this is probably not it. Or pick an unit overlooking the construction sites... you won't enjoy the unit during the week because of the construction, but you can probably enjoy it during the weekend.

I haven't lived in an apartment in many many years but after I toured this location I knew I was HOME. I have been here for one year and am about to renew my lease for another year, Everyone is so nice and friendly and I love all of the dogs I get to meet. I never have any worries about my safety at all. And my the way the maintenance staff is SPOT ON!!

incompetent staff that park in your paid parking spot and give you attitude about it, stupid policies by the main office, and horrendous general behaviour towards residents as if we owe them a million thanks for taking money in turn for a service.

From the moment I walked in the facilities I was greeted VERY friendly from the front. As for the representative Bryce, well one of the MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL person I have meet. Made the move in painless and smooth.
