Alta West is a beautiful apartment community in a great location. We chose it because it offers excellent value for the area. The property is always well-maintained, the hallways are quiet, and the community spaces have a stylish, hotel-like feel. The staff is absolutely amazing and always helpful . The only drawback is that our apartment is located above the 24-hour gym. The sound of weights being dropped can be disruptive at times, especially late at night. Other than that, we truly enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, stylish community.

Leasing staff appears to care for you and well being until you sign lease. To leasing office you're just another signature. Maintenance doesn't care to do their job either in a timely fashion, I see them once every few weeks fixing problems that have occurred weeks even a month after it s been brought up.

My roommate and I love our home here. We have a 2 bed/2bath with a den which we've transformed into a guest bedroom/office. We have so much space and feel like we're getting a great value at a competitive price point in a cool neighborhood with restaurants etc in walking distance! We love the pool/grill area with the hammocks and day beds, and the people who work at the front desk are very friendly. The only draw back would have to be the trash area- the first floor of the apartment stinks of trash emanating from that room, and when the trash collection truck comes twice a week, it is really loud for the north facing apartments.

Love a lot of things about our apartment, which is why we chose to renew. The most frustrating experience is typical apartment living - loud individuals above us who scream, shout, and throw things in the twilight hours, and the inability to keep our windows open as non-smokers since most of our nearby neighbors constantly smoke weed and it makes the entire hallway a hotbox. The staff are wonderful, some of the finishes are cheap (having to pay for bedroom lights is wild), but overall it’s a great place to live.
