Moved in yesterday into a one bedroom on a quidt street. Good amount of space, freshly painted and perfectly maintained. All one could ask for in a first, second or even third apartment. Perfect for a single person in the 20s-30s. Staff were helpful and nice helping set men up.

This apartment is a very basic option, with strengths and weaknesses that will appeal differently depending on what you are looking for. The space itself is functional but dated. Both the kitchen and bathroom still reflect their 1950s origins. There is a certain retro charm to the tiled walls and older fittings, but also some clear limitations in terms of modern convenience. Appliances are simple, storage is minimal, and anyone used to contemporary finishes may find the overall impression tired. The apartment doesn’t come with many extras either—no on-site gym, pool, or other amenities that some complexes now take for granted. Where the property excels is in its location. Shops, transport links, and services are all within easy reach, making everyday life straightforward and efficient. For someone who values being able to step outside and get quickly to work, university, or social activities, the convenience is a strong selling point. The staff are reliable and friendly.
