Happy I'm Out
For living in Cary my whole life, I was really disappointed when I stayed here. I only leased for a year and rushed to get out. Although the area is perfect, the apartments are not that great. Appliances are very outdated and barely work, and the apartment is just falling apart, even right during move-in. Maintenance will take a month to come and fix any issues and never pick up or return calls. The garbage compactor routinely breaks and there is always trash piled up everywhere. Not to mention, the office never upholds to their rules and minors are allowed to be disrespectful to the property, as I had one break into my car. If you are looking for an apartment, look elsewhere!
