Some parents let their children act up in common area or the corridor without any interference, these kind of preventable noice disrupts peacefully resting residents.

Not luxury
Train is nearby and the apartment has NO noise proofing. I can literally hear every step my DOWNSTAIRS neighbor takes. Not worth it.
