This property has no amenities only a pool that stays full of children no laundry room gym or anything that would make the price of almost 1300 a month justified. Only perk is it’s relatively quite due to the neighborhood.

Rent is high in more expensive today. Most people cannot maintain special with disabilities, but unfortunately, this is what we came to. It’s too many people in the front near The leasing office Which I find to be unorthodox trash is flowing out or trash or pet poop in front of my Area of the property there is no consideration with the newcomers. I’ve been here since 2019 and Lord knows I’m about to move because of the order is not kept up between staff and residence.

I love living in this community. Staff is amazing community and neighbors are awesome. Great environment to live

I’m not complaining, but I do believe in respect is a given if I can say so myself, i’ve been staying here for almost 2 years and recent events due to change of management and some case residence do not know how to respect others as far as noises and any hour especially if you stay above someone and you live on a lower level like myself I do not play music, nor have noise pretty much I like to live in a low frequency type of setting, but my neighbor who stays above me, constantly stops her feet very hard on the floor not considering the people that stay underneath her. My daughter has Tourette’s some seizures and that triggers it, but when I speak to management about it, when we help and someone that been here for the longest, they made friendship with residence and not respecting the others and valuing they just feel like they can’t do nothing about it and that to me is frustrated and that makes me want to just up and move from this residence and get my money to someone else that appreciates the value of their tenants

I used to love living here because its in the middle of a quiet neighborhood but lately everything from the rent increases to the neighborhood is getting worse rent increases every year yet the only amenities is a pool that you can barely use because it stays full of children. There is a major problem with stolen cars being left in the parking lot and management has addressed the issue yet. There is an issue of people who don't live over here hanging out by the mailbox you can barely get to your mailbox.
