Good place with good prices. Workers here are nice as well. Wish they would accept maintenance request on the weekend though.

Its super upsetting to wake up almost every weekday morning to them unloading things from trucks and slamming things around over there. I sleep with a box fan on and I can hear them over my box fan. On top of that my neighbor smokes and just throws her cigarettes over the railing, and my other neighbor just throws trash off this balcony. I pay way too much in rent to have to deal with all of this and it is super upsetting

Staff was awesome when we first moved in,but she got promoted and the new lady is basically worthless. Some renters do not pick up after their pets, but nothing happens to them. Apartments are supposed to be smoke free, but they are not and again, nothing is done about it.
