I have enjoyed living here for five years and I look forward to many more. It's a friendly, attractive place to live and the location is unbeatable. Management has been very helpful the few times I have had requests. I like the seasonal flowers and decorations, they really perk things up.

Great Apartment Life

I have lived at Vance Station for 2+ months and I love the location. Although we live in the "city", I feel like we live in the country as the complex is tucked away next to a park with a natural spring. Maintenance is completed very timely and communication is great. Vance Station is so close the interstate and highway, making it easy to access any location in the STL area!

Breezeway and balcony power wash.

Overall pleased. Would like breezeways and balconies power washed. I have never been able to use my balcony due to bird nests and bird droppings all over it.

Peace & tranquility.

I live in the back with most gorgeous view of the woods, water and wildlife. I love it. Updated apt, larger bedrooms than norm, clean grounds, management has always been pleasant to talk with, area is quiet, relaxing tranquil area on back patio overlooking woods, water & wildlife. Hear owls in eve. Just has overall been a great experience.
