Property Description
Great location for a fair price.
Lived here for about a year, and have really enjoyed the oversized parking spots with plenty of spaces. Most units come with a storage spot that helps with bikes and other large items. Some units are freshly renovated (overpriced), while other's (like mine) are lacking a sink sprayer in the kitchen VERY basic appliances, and the smallest toilets I've sat on in my adult life. Overall due to location, price, parking, and no dog restrictions (weight or breed), this place was a good choice.
Disappointing
I have lived at Waterford Manors for a few months now. This is definitely a dog and smoking community. I have worked remotely the past few months and it is difficult with neighbors dogs barking nonstop after they leave for the day. You can also hear your neighbors kids crying at all hours of the day and night. Also, cigarette smoke drafts into the common areas of the building. The common areas are not clean enough with dog poop not being cleaned up by the owners. The windows in the apartment are quite drafty and cold air, condensation and icing are all issues experienced in January. Once it warmed up the windows deiced and had water puddles in the apartment near electric cords for lamps. Parking is a dangerous situation as residents are too lazy to clear their windshields in the morning and will back into you. The spaces are very close together and really is an accident waiting to happen. You have to be careful as this place requires 60 days notice to vacate. They give you lease renewal terms less than 1 week before that 60 day notice is required. The lease renewal terms are outrageous with increases anywhere from 6% to 40% depending on the lease term selected. This is an outdated apartment complex that needs many repairs with window and sliding door replacements and improved safer parking and road repairs around the complex.
Old run down
Windows freeze on the inside during cold weather. Best suited to be torn down and rebuilt. Very expensive for the run down interior. Doors don’t close and ceilings are cracked.
Great service
Service is exceptional. The staff really take of there people.
