I have lived at Waterford once before with my sister and it was wonderful but now I’m here on my own. The staff is absolutely fantastic, any inconvenience I’ve had; big or small, the girls and Ty have been on the double to make sure it’s taken care of as quickly as possible. They are so kind, and friendly. They let me share photos of my home when I finished furnishing it and complimenting it made me feel good. And they never make me feel like I am an inconvenience if an issue arises. Always very apologetic and so sweet. They have taken the best care of me and I love being here.

I have lived here so about 5 months. I love my location on where my apartment is located. There are a few things that bother me like putting pink notices on cars that have expired license plate but yet there is a motor scooter that is uncovered, and has not moved since I've moved in. Why not deal with that and not worry about expired license plates.
