Great Place in Ballwin
This is a beautiful community in Ballwin Missouri. It is safe and family friend and pet friendly. The trees and lake are amazing. The apartments are older but well maintained. The utilities are affordable especially on the first floor apartments which are well insulated. The maintenance staff rocks. The neighbors are quiet and kind. The only drawback is that it is a large community and so there are always a few bumps in the road with that. Overall great value and great location.

Maintenance and Groundsmen are awesome!
George is the greatest maintenance guy ever! So nice, so quick, so funny! The groundsmen are my favorite - always willing to stop and help and go above and beyond!!!
