Roof Leak Not Fixed
I have lived in this apartment for several years and never had a problem. About a year and a half ago, the roof to my building started leaking and creating water stains on my ceiling. For about a year, maintenance would come and paint over the water stains. Then, about six months ago, management decided they wated to replace the roof so it wouldn't leak in the building anymore. However, six months have passed and still no repairs. So, I am living in an apartment with stains in multiple rooms. Management keeps telling me they are going to fix it, month after month, but no action has been taken. It finally got to the point where I had to call City of Ballwin Code Enforcement to issue them a warning to fix within 30 days. Even after that, there is still no date as to when it will be fixed. Rent at your own risk!

Best Complex!
This place is amazing. The maintenance people are very quick to fix whatever you need and are friendly! Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. They are one of the main reason I chose this complex! I was surprised at how responsive the employees are and how willing they are to help with whatever you need. I am very happy with our new apartment! ??
