Nice area

It is a very safe, respectful, nice area, and close to general shopping. The grounds are very well maintained and maintenance responds to apartment issues in a very timely manner. They are very pet friendly, and most tenants clean up after their pets. 80% of the tenants are very friendly and welcoming. The negatives are: they do NOT update any apartments that are rented. There are tenants that have lived her for more than 10 years and still have the original carpet, paint, etc. It is certainly a fight to get any new appliance such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, regardless of the condition yours is in. Some tenants just purchase their own stove & have maintenance store the one they provide. The dog park is small, usually wet, and no real room for the dog to run. The gym has wonderful equipment but is also very small. The pool has an 8pm close time, which during the summer when it is still daylight and hot is frustrating. Regardless of tenants requesting it stay open until 9pm or 10pm management will not budge, but they are not very flexible with any "rule" that they feel is set in place. There is a lot of staff turn over in the office, but maintenance employees are pretty long term. In fact my shout goes out to maintenance! They walk the grounds daily, know who you are, and all of the guys are so helpful! They really seem to do their absolute best with what they have to work with. The rent goes up by $150 to $200 with every lease renewal. That sums up my 5 years of living at Park Commons.

Poor customer service from office staff

Sometimes, at night, it's very noisy from the upstairs people. The new staff in the office are rude and not willing to answer my questions.

Park Commons Apartments Gated Community

Have been here only 4 months but am amazed at how quiet the neighborhood is . Never hear neighbors so apartments are well insulated. Snow removal during recent week of snow was excellent and timely. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing place to live!

If you are looking for a quiet place with a view of the trees Park Commons Apartment is the right place! It is a very quiet place and has security, the maintenance is very good, very comfortable to live in, I live with my brother and we have an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the rent is very good! You have the opportunity to rent your apartment with washing machines or a fireplace. Also close to grocery shopping places!
