LIVED HERE OVER THREE YEARS AND MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CONTINUE TO GET WORSE AND WORSE. THE PARKING LOT IS A LAKE WHEN IT RAINS. MY KITCHEN FLOOR HAS PEELED UP AND MY MAINTENANCE REQUEST HAS GONE IGNORED FOR MONTHS. THERE ARE ZERO AMENITIES BUT THE APARTMENTS ARE NOW LISTED AS "LUXURY." I PAY THE SAME AMOUNT FOR RENT HERE AS THE RENT IS AT A COMPLEX DOWN THE ROAD THAT HAS LAUNDRY, GYM, POOL, ETC. WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT PAY THE SAME. THE REASON WE MOVED HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE WAS THAT ZERO AMENITIES MEANT CHEAPER RENT. I USED TO RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO OTHERS BUT NOW I'D RATHER LIVE IN MY PARENTS' BASEMENT THAN STAY HERE ANOTHER YEAR.

I have lived here for 9 years and am very pleased with the location, quick response by apartment manager to any problems, adequate parking and general upkeep with the grounds. I also appreciate the frequent trash collection so there is no overflowing bins.
