This is perhaps one of the nicer properties I have lived in. Very good location, centrally located to stores, bus lines, highways. However since my husband and I moved in 2 years ago this month the rent has gone up 3 times, one of the times I understand because I wrnt from a unit with no washer and dryer to one with a washer and dryer, after my husband died. There are some changes they should make, to make it more handicapped friendly, and not charge the resident for it, like they wanted to do to me. If the rent continues to go up as much as it has in the last two years, I will only be staying maybe another year or two. Iam on a fixed income, as am sure several residents in here are, and I don't want to be rent poor.

Used to be better

There's been a lot of changes in staff management. There is lots of turnaround in apartments while a fairly consistent group of renters here a long time. The longer timers are not appreciated. It seems the management staff wants renters not to stay long so they can cheaply and quickly revamp the apartments and raise the rent overall. It used to be better.
